FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Celina, TX – On March 12th and 15th, the night sky above Celina, Texas, was transformed into a dazzling canvas of light as Skyworx Drone Shows delivered a stunning high-tech performance to celebrate the grand opening of Methodist Celina Medical Center. The show, which featured 200 synchronized drones, captivated the growing Collin County community with a celebration of local pride and innovation.
The first of the two shows was an exclusive VIP event, attended by community leaders, medical professionals, and distinguished guests. On March 15th, the celebration continued with a public community event, bringing together families and residents for an unforgettable evening.
The dynamic drone display featured meticulously designed animations, including the Methodist Health System logo, an illuminated American flag, a glowing Texas flag, and intricate depictions of medical symbols representing the state-of-the-art healthcare services now available in Celina. In a heartfelt nod to local pride, the drones also celebrated the Celina Bobcats, the reigning Class 4A Division 1 state football champions.
Live music accompaniment by John Watkin added to the festive atmosphere, enhancing the visual spectacle with a soundtrack that resonated through the night. The synchronized movements of the drones, paired with the live performance, created a captivating experience that left a lasting impression on attendees of all ages.
“We were honored to partner with Methodist Health System to create a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrated not only the opening of this incredible medical center but also the vibrant spirit of the Celina community,” said Taylor Woodall, the Founder & CEO at Skyworx Drone Shows. “The energy and excitement from the crowd, especially the younger members of the community, were truly inspiring.”
Methodist Celina Medical Center marks a significant milestone as the city’s first hospital, providing comprehensive healthcare services to the rapidly growing region. The opening of the facility represents a commitment to advancing health and wellness in North Texas, a message beautifully conveyed through the symbolic drone display.
